We will then make sure to get the best possible properties for you in the upcoming weeks until you are satisfied.

SATISFIED? YOU SIGN OUR AGREEMENT

Once you are happy with the deal provided we will have you sign our Sourcing Agreement and Terms & Conditions.

YOUR PACKAGE, OUR FEE

After your signed documentation has been received we will proceed to disclose all information on the property and invoice you our sourcing fee.

OUR FINAL CHECKS

After you’ve received your package we ask you to provide all the relevant documentation for us to carry through our customer due diligence, to make sure everything is in order, and refer you to the agent in charge of the property.

DONE!

When all diligence has been carried out and you’ve passed referencing, you’ve finally made the right investment.
